What it is

A stat-category artifact that procs on a shots-fired counter. Every N shots, the ship’s weapons gain a flat weapon-damage bonus for a short duration and a fire-surge ring damages enemies in a fixed radius around the ship.

Pacing sits between the high-frequency and low-frequency shots-fired procs in the triple — procs roughly 12–20 times per run for typical fire-rate builds. The trigger source is shots fired, so the proc rate scales with rate-of-fire builds rather than kill-streak builds.

Per-tier values

The artifact ships four authored tiers (uncommon → legendary). The runtime prepends a fifth common tier that shares the uncommon values record; common-tier differentiation comes from the per-artifact flat passive bonus, not from these proc values.

Weapon damage bonus is a flat additive to weaponDamagePct while the buff is active. AoE damage is flat damage applied once per proc within the radius, centered on the ship.

Effect

On each weapon-fire event, an internal counter increments. When the counter reaches the tier’s threshold, the counter resets and a single proc fires with four ordered actions:

Stacking rules

  • Self-stacking: the weapon-damage buff uses refresh-mode with a max of 1 stack. A second proc during an active buff resets the duration timer; it does not double the bonus or extend additively.
  • Counter behavior: the shots-fired counter resets to zero on each proc.
  • AoE timing: the ring hit fires once per proc, simultaneously with the buff application — it is not a duration-of-buff aura.
  • Banner: procs surface on the HUD via the standard artifact banner channel.
